I hope everybody had an awesome Holiday Season, I am happy to be back from the cold and snowy Utah. It was an awesome vacation though.

For those of you who don’t know, I am a huge fan of Pregnancy Massage and everything that goes with having a baby! I have had a lot of fun gearing my business towards helping women during this incredible journey. I had an unbelievable experience in December. I was blessed to have the opportunity to be at the labor and delivery of a close friend of mine’s baby boy. He was born at home healthy and ready to face the world.

I learned a lot from this experience. It taught me of life and the miracle of all the little pieces that fit in the mix. I already knew that I had a passion for Pregnancy Massage but I didn’t know that my passion goes even deeper than that. I felt so alive and invigorated by the experience that I have decided, I would like to do it again. It’s amazing the direction your mind goes in only to have your body follow the movements already in play. I am so thankful to my friend and her family for allowing me to be apart of this amazing night. I am on my way to becoming a certified Doula so that I can provide massage and other assistance during labor and deliveries.
